When you run or jump, the impact between your shoes and the ground can cause pain in the balls of your feet. Our metatarsal pads cushion this impact, reducing the risk of metatarsal injury. Available in 1/8", 1/4", and 3/16" thicknesses, as well as skived cut options for a custom fit, our metatarsal pads are made with premium felt and feature a strong adhesive backing to prevent shifting.
